In an address to the nation, Putin and his information secretary stated that Russia is going to develop the two operating systems RINDOWOS (Russian Windows) and RUNIX (Russian Unix) because of the following two reasons: First, to get independent from evil US-based IT companies. Second, to prevent attempts of fascist secret services such as CIA and NSA trying to hack Russian infrastructure facilities such as power plants and farming areas to let innocent Russian people starve. For the developement of the two operating systems, the Russian department of Information is currently seeking for 200.000 experienced programmers. A Russian version of the Apple OS, called RAPPLE, is planned as a next step. As an immediately reply, the US government blamed Russia for having hacked the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 1979 to cause a core melt to kill millions of Americans.
