A unit of Russian military ships has passed the channel between Britain and France. NATO officials said this is a usual procedure. The commander of the Russia Atlantic fleet, Admiral Josefeg Wehlikowitsch, stated the operation had been performed to secure North Sea fish swarms. US officials said, the Russians had transported orphans from Murmansk to drown them in the sea.
