Russian admiral Th. Wehlimowitsch announced that China and Russia will carry out joint naval maneuver in the East China Sea during May, to show evil America that its naval power now has an equivalent counterpart. Wehlimowitsch furthermore said, the first operation of the naval maneuver will be the annihilation of the Japanese fleet, taking revenge for the destruction of the Tsar’s fleet in 1905.
