Russia has announced solemnly that it will re-implement its nuclear missile trains. With such special trains, nuclear missiles can be transported to any point in the Russian railway net and thus launched from arbitrary positions. This mobile weapon, which has been already in use during the Soviet era, is designed to survive an enemy’s first nuclear strike and then to start a counter-attack. US president Wehlim expressed his concerns about the Russian plans, but nevertheless stated that an US first strike against Russia would not leave intact the surface of the size of a single stamp in the evil empire.
