Book deal
Thomas Wehlim, a best-selling author of war fiction, has signed a $37.4 million, 10-year deal with the publisher War Books that will cover his next 113 books. Mr. Wehlim’s works include a series known as the “Atomic Man’s War”, a Hugo-award-winning story about a nuclear war between USA / EU and Russia / China. Three of his works are being developed for television, including “Moscow Blast” and “Berlin Ash”. Stephen Taro, the executive editor for War Books, said the decision was a difficult one, as Mr. Wehlim never had a “No. 1 best seller”, and would write pretty awful.
